Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK)
Beijing Capital International Airport is located at the northeast of Beijing, 35 km from downtown and 38 km from Beijing Empark Grand Hotel (conference venue).

Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX)
Beijing Daxing International Airport is located at the south of Beijing, 46 km from downtown and about 55 km from Beijing Empark Grand Hotel (conference venue).

Taxi

A taxi ride from either airport to Beijing Empark Grand Hotel typically costs:

· From PEK: RMB110–130 (US$16–18), about 60 minutes.

· From PKX: RMB160–200 (US$23–28), about 70 minutes.

The rate is regulated and usually non-negotiable. Passengers need to pay the fare displayed on the meter and the toll for expressway.

Subway

From PEK (Beijing Capital International Airport):

Take the Airport Express to Sanyuanqiao station (三元桥), then Line 10 to Bagou station (巴沟). Transfer to Line 16 and get off at Landianchang station (蓝靛厂). Take Exit C and walk about 800m to Beijing Empark Grand Hotel. The subway ride costs around RMB30.

From PKX (Beijing Daxing International Airport):

Take the Daxing Airport Express to Caoqiao station (草桥), transfer to Line 10 to Bagou station (巴沟). Then Line 16 to Landianchang station (蓝靛厂). Exit C, then walk about 800m to Beijing Empark Grand Hotel. The subway ride costs around RMB40.

Airport Shuttle

Every 30mins from 6:50 to 24:00, shuttle buses run from the Airport to major locations across the city.

From PEK (Beijing Capital International Airport):
Take Airport Shuttle Line 4 to Gongzhufen (公主坟), then transfer by taxi (about 20 minutes, RMB30–40) to Beijing Empark Grand Hotel.

From PKX (Beijing Daxing International Airport):
Take the airport shuttle bus to Beijing West Railway Station, then transfer by taxi (about 25 minutes, RMB40–50) to Beijing Empark Grand Hotel.
